Minster Baywatch issue Parking Charge Notices (PCN's).

Minster Baywatch do not clamp vehicles.

Issued PCN's clearly detail the location, time, vehicle registration, vehicle make and the details of the offence.    PCN's are issued to vehicles that have parked in contravention of the parking regulations of the car parking area.

Clear photographic evidence is always taken.

The driver of the vehicle is required to pay a charge of (£60.00 reduced to £40.00 if paid within 14 days of issue).
