Minster Baywatch provide the organisation with a Licence to issue Parking Charge Notices (PCN's) under strict guidelines to vehicles which are unauthorised or illegally parked when using private car parking areas.

The tickets are issued by authorised personnel, i.e. maintenance department, site manager, existing car park security personnel; all further correspondence and communication with the driver of the offending vehicle is dealt with by Minster Baywatch.
